MODERN SLAVERY
We are proud of the steps we have taken to combat slavery and human trafficking. These include but are not limited to, performing due diligence on our supply chain, implementing policies to prevent modern slavery, and training staff on the existence of modern slavery and what steps they can take to identify, prevent and report it.
ORGANISATION’S STRUCTURE
Oilfast Ltd is a family run company operating in the UK under the trading names Oilfast, OilMaxx, Oilfast UK, Oilfast Express, Vector, Tyne & Wear Oils, Fleetloc8 & Fleetmaxx.
OUR BUSINESS
The business operates in various sectors and in different markets.
- Fuel Distribution.
- National Fuel brokering service.
- Fleet services, including EV and fuel cards and vehicle tracking.
- Supply of AdBlue.
- Supply of mobile connectivity, communications and supporting systems to businesses.
Our Local Fuel distribution division operates 10 depots supplying Kerosene Heating Oil, Gas Oil, White Diesel, and related products to homes and business across Scotland and parts of England.
Our National Oilfast UK division offers National Fuel Solutions to large businesses across the UK by connecting them to smaller, local Fuel distributors in a streamlined and simple process that satisfies all their fuel requirements.
Our Fleet Services department offers support for Electric Vehicle charging and vehicle purchase. We also offer vehicle tracking and the sale of detachable vehicle safety equipment.
We manufacture FleetBlue AdBlue® and distribute nationally including in commercial and retail sizes.
The business also operates a telecoms sales and support service to commercial customers. Including the sale of mobile phones and tablets as well as connection to the telephony network.
OUR SUPPLY CHAINS
Oilfast Holdings Ltd use only trusted and reputable suppliers across the industries we operate in. We perform due diligence checks on each supplier we work with which include but are not limited to Mabanaft Ltd, Philips 66, World Fuel Services-UK, Shell, and Kuwait Petroleum International.
We carry out checks with all our suppliers to ensure they operate ethically, and with integrity to prevent any unethical practices, including Slavery and Human Trafficking.
OUR POLICIES
We are committed to operating the company with integrity and transparency and our policies and procedures reflect that. We will not support or deal with any business that is knowingly involved in modern slavery or human trafficking. Our Anti-slavery Policy reflects our commitment to acting ethically in all areas of our business relationships and to implement and enforce effective systems and controls to ensure slavery and human trafficking is not taking place anywhere in our business and supply chains. Our core values are reflected in all our polices, and can be found in our About Us Section.
TRAINING & MONITORING
We understand that tackling Slavery & Human Trafficking is an ongoing process. As part of our policy, we ensure that all relevant members of staff are trained and updated regularly to ensure we continue to operate in an ethical manner that falls in line with our core values.
As mentioned, we also perform regular checks and request updates from all new and existing suppliers.
This statement has been published to adhere to Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and constitutes as our Slavery and Human Trafficking statement for the financial year ending 5th April 2024.
